Tommy Mag MTB does not accept liability for death, personal injury, loss or damage to personal effects to you the customer.
By engaging in mountain biking, you acknowledge and assume the inherent risks associated with the activity. You understand that Tommy Mag MTB will not compel you to undertake any risks; instead, you will receive guidance on the optimal and safest methods for each action, and the decision to proceed will be entirely yours.
You must not participate in Mountain Biking activities under the influence of alcohol, strong medication, other drugs or fatigue.
MTB Courses details:
In case of cancelling a MTB Course booking, it must be notified to the coach via email or phone as soon as possible.
If a customer is cancelling a MTB Course booking with more than 14 days notice, the customer will be given the option of:
Rescheduling the booking within 4 months from the date of the original booking.
If a customer is cancelling a MTB Course booking with less than 14 days notice, the customer will not be allowed to reschedule the booking or get a refund.
If the customer doesn’t show up to the course and doesn’t notify Tommy Mag MTB in advance, the booking will not be eligible for rescheduling.
Participants are required to arrive at the course with proper gear and a well-maintained bike. In the event that the coach deems the bike or gear unsuitable for safe participation, the rider may be asked to refrain from the activity. If a participant is unable to partake due to the bike or gear condition, no refund or rescheduling options will be available. Ensuring the bike is in full working order and having the necessary safety gear is the responsibility of the participant (or parent/guardian).
Private Group Booking details:
Payments are processed via PayPal or bank transfer.
Coaching sessions aren’t booked in until the payment has been processed and the customer received a booking confirmation email.
*Note: Booking confirmation emails may take up to 24hrs to be sent.

*Cancelling a booking due to weather conditions:
Should coaching become unsafe due to adverse weather conditions or if the venue is closed following weather warnings, participants have the option to reschedule the session within six months from the original booking date at no additional cost. Refunds will not be provided when rescheduling a coaching session due to external factors, including park closures or unfavorable weather conditions.
Covid-19:
You will be outdoors at all times and you will remain 6 feet apart from the coach and/or other participants.
Being Self-Sufficient: Make sure you bring appropriate clothing/gear for the occasion and a set of tools/spares to sort any minor mechanicals during the ride.
By booking a coaching session you confirm the following:
I confirm that within the last 14 days:
• I, nor anyone involved in my booking have not been infected or shown symptoms of Covid-19
• No one in my household or that of anyone in my booking has been infected or shown symptoms of Covid-19
• No one in my household or that of anyone in my booking is in the vulnerable or extremely vulnerable categories as defined in the current UK Government advice.
