Bike Set Up Workshop - 26th of October

£59.00

Bike Set-Up Workshop – Get Your Bike Working Perfectly for You

Ride smarter, not harder.
This half-day workshop will teach you how to fine-tune your bike to match your riding style, the trails you ride, and the conditions you face. You’ll learn to make simple, effective adjustments that improve comfort, control, and performance — and you’ll feel the difference instantly on the trail.

What You’ll Learn

Geometry Demystified
Understand how different frame shapes and sizes change the way your bike handles, and how to make the most of your bike’s geometry for the riding you do.

Cockpit & Tyre Set-Up
Get your handlebars, controls, and tyres dialled in for maximum confidence, whether you’re on rocky descents, flowy singletrack, or technical climbs.

Suspension Secrets
Learn what every dial and clicker on your fork and shock actually does — and how to adjust them for grip, stability, and comfort in any terrain or weather.

How We’ll Learn

Instead of riding full trails, we’ll session short trail sections to feel the real-world difference of each adjustment. You’ll test changes, ask questions, and discuss how to fine-tune your bike like a pro.

What to Bring

  • Your Bike: Full-suspension enduro bike or e-bike recommended. Hardtails with modern suspension welcome. Downhill bikes not ideal unless you’re happy to push up the hill.

  • Safety Gear: Helmet and gloves mandatory. Knee pads recommended.

  • Tools & Spares: Bring your own multi-tool and shock pump (if you have one).

  • Fuel: Water and a snack to keep your energy up.

Is This Workshop For You?
Perfect for riders who want to get more out of their bike — whether you’re a seasoned rider looking to refine your set-up, or a racer chasing every performance edge. You’ll leave with the confidence and knowledge to tune your bike for any ride, any trail, any day

Location: Ballinastoe MTB Trails.

Time: 12:30 to 15:30.

Minimum age: 15
