  • Flat Skills: track stands, front wheel lift, back wheel lift and bunny hops.

  • Small - Medium Steps and Drop-Offs.

What to bring:

  • A certified cycling helmet, knee pads and gloves, mandatory.

  • A bike in good working order, hard tails, full sus pension bikes and E-Bikes are welcome.

  • Water and food (energy bar, sandwich, fruit, or something similar).

This course is designed to help you build a great base of riding skills and get rid of bad habits in order to take your skills to the next level. The ideal customer for this course is a rider who can ride most red trails and some black sections in trail centres and would like to gain confidence before getting into natural trails or keep building speed inside the trail centre.
