What You’ll Learn:
Body Position & Balance
Learn the essential body positions for more stability and control over rough terrain — the foundation of every great rider.Flat Ground Skills
Dial in key skills like track stands, wheel lifts, and bunny hops — tools that make you faster, safer, and more playful on the bike.
Trail Speed Without Pedalling
Discover the art of pumping — generating speed from the terrain itself.
Cornering Confidence
Flow through corners with more grip and speed. Say goodbye to hesitation and hello to smooth, fast turns.
What to Bring:
Safety Gear (Mandatory): A certified cycling helmet, knee pads, and gloves.
Your Bike: Must be in good working order. Hardtails, full-suspension bikes, and E-Bikes are all welcome.
Snacks & Hydration: Water plus a small snack (e.g., energy bar, sandwich, fruit).

If you’re comfortable on blue or red trail sections but want to smooth out your technique, carry more speed, and get ready for more technical terrain, this is the ideal next step. You’ll replace bad habits with solid skills and build a riding style that works everywhere.
